Appliance Parts Centre, as a representative of white/brown goods manufacturers is bound by the terms & conditions of those manufacturers. These terms are summarised for your information: for full terms & conditions check with the manufacturer.

Appliance Parts Centre will only offer returns on spare parts that are defective, or if we have made an error. If we have been supplied incorrect information by the customer, in regards to either the part number, or in regards to identifying the correct spare part, any returns and/or exchange will be at our discretion.

Should we agree to accept such product for return the buyer must return the item at their expense in original unmarked/unused condition and packaging. Due to the nature of electronic equipment all circuit boards, modules and electronic equipment are strictly non-returnable.

Items opened, used or fitted cannot be returned. Damaged goods claims must include photographic evidence of product damage AND product packaging and lodged within 2 working days of delivery.

The risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.

WA Appliance Parts will endeavour to fill all orders promptly, but will not be liable in any respect for any delay occurring in the supply of goods / or services. WA Appliance Parts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss to any customer due to the delay.

Once an order for spare parts has been placed any cancellations are at the discretion of Appliance Parts Centre and will be subject to any terms which we may impose.

"SO" means Special Order for part that we don't stock.
"RF" means Restocking Fee-charged by the supplier
